Return & Refund

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, have original tags.
Contact us for return authorisation before sending an item back. Once approved, you have 14 days to send it.
We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and must be tracked. We can also book a courier pickup for you, quoted before booking.
A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Choose store credit instead of a refund and the fee is waived.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection; banks may take another 3–7 business days.
