• Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, have original tags.
• Contact us for return authorisation before sending an item back. Once approved, you have 14 days to send it.
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and must be tracked. We can also book a courier pickup for you, quoted before booking.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Choose store credit instead of a refund and the fee is waived.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection; banks may take another 3–7 business days.
