Please Note: The listed sizes refer to the rug size, not the rug pad itself. Rug pads are cut approximately 10 cm smaller on each side so they remain hidden neatly beneath the rug. For example, a 160 × 230 cm rug size will include a pad measuring approximately 150 × 220 cm. Suitable for safe use on both carpet and hard flooring, providing added comfort, stability, and floor protection.

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, have original tags.
• Contact us for return authorisation before sending an item back. Once approved, you have 14 days to send it.
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and must be tracked. We can also book a courier pickup for you, quoted before booking.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Choose store credit instead of a refund and the fee is waived.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection; banks may take another 3–7 business days.
