Please Note: The listed sizes refer to the rug size, not the rug pad itself. Rug pads are cut approximately 10 cm smaller on each side to ensure they stay hidden neatly beneath the rug. For example, a rug size of 160 × 230 cm will include a pad measuring approximately 150 × 220 cm. Suitable for safe use on both carpeted and hard floor surfaces.

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
• Contact us for return authorisation before sending an item back.
• We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer.
• No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection; banks may take another 3–7 business days.
