Outdoor Use Guidelines

While these rugs are designed for outdoor use, we recommend placing them in covered or sheltered areas. Store rugs indoors during wet weather due to the absorbent nature of PET yarn to prevent mold and mildew growth.

Stain Treatment

Attend to spills immediately to minimize the chance of staining. Do not rub the spill. Instead, blot any liquids with a dry, absorbent white cloth or white paper towel. Mild detergent and lukewarm water may be used if needed. For harsher spills, please seek specialist advice.

Regular Cleaning

Vacuum regularly to remove dirt and debris. The durable recycled polyester material makes cleaning simple and straightforward.

Professional Maintenance

Professionally clean the rug every 6–12 months and rotate its position regularly to ensure even wear and maintain its appearance.

Size Variations: We try to be as accurate with sizing as possible, but there may be variations within +/- 5% of sizing (up to 10% for handmade items and folded rug collections).

Handcrafted Quality Note: Some of our rugs are handmade from durable natural fibers. The imperfections seen within are features of these rugs and include sprouting yarns (where the weaving process starts and finishes), color variations, foreign material (used in the warp and weft), and other characteristics which may appear as defects but are signs these rugs were made with care. Natural fiber rugs do shed; we recommend gentle vacuuming with no brush or rotating head to clean.
