This Shipping Policy explains how Haus and Harbour processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our store (the “Services”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
We work hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
- All in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
If an item requires additional time or becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Within Australia Only
We currently ship exclusively within Australia.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location within Australia
- Size/weight of items
- Selected shipping method
Delivery time estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on your location (metro vs regional areas).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment online
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages)
If your order is delayed or appears lost:
- Please check the tracking information first.
- Contact the courier if additional updates are needed.
- If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us directly and we will assist you.
For damaged deliveries:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide photos of the outer packaging and the product
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address
- An incomplete address
- Failure to collect
Reshipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return process will apply instead.
